Pancakes For Breakfast

Scotch pancakes for Sunday morning breakfast is a must in our household, this is my son’s ultimate favourite. He smothers his in golden syrup where’s the rest us plump for blueberries and raspberries, yummy. Here are a few pictures of my attempts at miniature pancakes.
